Going for birthday drinkies at the casino tonight

After all of that, then run down the usual list of things we can't do when the kids are around.

1) Knock 'er back doors in.
2) Lie in
3) Get pissed in the local together (in the afternoon)
4) Stay up really late.

But what if after all of this we actually miss the kids? Won't this mean we lead empty meaningless lives and when the kids flee the nest we will just sit on the sofa turning into compost?

We've got rid of the kids as well for the weekend to their grandparents.

We looked at going to the pub. We looked at the casino. We looked at going out for a meal. All of those tame in comparison by what we have planned!!

We're going to get a takeaway curry and then go to bed early. LIVING THE DREAM MAN! LIVING THE ******* DREAM!
