I've had two double shot coffees so far today which is unusual for me but still feel like death.

Typically get through 10 cups a day but have been known to drink more.
Usually one at home before leaving for work, one every 90 mins or so in the office plus a bottle of caffeinated cola for lunch, three or four more at home in the evening.

I went to the doctor about a year ago with palpatations etc, thought it was a warning sign
She asked how many cups i had a day, it was only about 3 or 4. she said i should try and cut back and see if that helped.
Now, I'd found some nice instant coffee, it was columbian and I like my coffee strong, so i'd been self medicating with the coffee in the cup (pouring it straight from the jar)
when i measured out what I'd been drinking in a normal dosage, it equated to 13-16 cups of coffee a day!
I now use a spoon!
weirdly though i can drink coffee right up till bed time and have no issues sleeping. If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur. - Red AdairComment

I have about 10 coffees a day doesn't seem to have any effect.
I do have to have at least a bottle of wine a night to get to sleep, but I don't think the two things are connected. What happens in General, stays in General. You know what they say about assumptions!Comment
