How do I go about getting a mortgage? I am a 1st time buyer, what is the amount that I can get and how is this calculated? Is it hard for us non permies to get a mortgage?

Wht kind of deposit do you have? Decent rates for below 70%ltv, beyond that abandon hope.

(Re-mortgaged lately so have an idea of the mortgage market)
