I've been looking for about 8 or so months but being very picky about what I commit to having been tied to such a tulip perm role and not wanting to move to another that could be just as bad for perhaps different reasons. I landed a new perm role recently so it's tulip perm to hopefully better perm but also contracting part-time from home.
