I lost nearly 4 stone in a couple of months due to a combination of amoebic dyssentry and giardiasis, which started after a meal in a 5 star hotel. Took me nearly 2 years to get fit again, by which stage no top club was interested any more. Bring me that chef (no, not you, chef) and I’ll kick the bloody tulip out of him.
