Watched "Escape to the Legion" last night on Channel 4 (9-10pm).

Great program about basic! training in the French Foreign Legion.

    Don't think I'll be joining.

David Threlfall 'Frank' is RSC classically trained actor, also seen in Master and Commander as a nasty piece of work ditto Patriot Games

Ah, Lovejoy. Mmmm, antiques... murder, mystery. Good old classic 80's entertainment.

He's about 63 now - been in loadsa stuff including a brief stinit in Babylon 5 - checkout

Never thought I'd get the hots for Hugh Laurie - weird.

House is v. good though - an antidote to angelic doctors in ER...

Ian McShane was in one of the Bab5 movies that SciFi showed a couple of months ago.

His role in "Deadwood" doesn't quite match the "Lovejoy" character...

2nd series starts on Sunday 10th July.

Did the congregation enjoy the tapeworm moment on CSI last night?
