For the death penalty once we can get a justice system that is foolproof or at least that we know gets it right in the high 90's percent wise and that is also not affected by outside influences like current social climate,media or politicians
Till then no as it's a bit hard to tell someone "we made an woopsie" if they are dead, like a few recent case's in China proved.
One where one a butcher was executed for killing a waitress and feeding her to customers...then 6 years later it was found she was alive and had been in prison for drugs offences the whole time or the man executed for killing his wife, who turned up 10 years later to get a divorce as since she had ran away she had met someone else and they wanted to get married only to dicover she had been a widow for the last 10 years. :rollinComment

Justice is an ambiguous term. What justice is there in a billion people living in poverty in Africa whilst we throw away food in this country. Where is the justice in some worthless chav winning a million on the lottery. Or a bunch of talentless rock stars telling us how to feed the world. Or a gaggle of skillless contractors taking home 3X a permy wage for posting on this billboard.
