I agree. How on earth Milan hasn't been banned for this is amazing.

Personally if I was Admin, I would ban Milan for a month, publish his name and email address on the site, send an email to the Administrator at his company mailbox with a highlight of all of the drivel he has posted, with a time count to show how much Milan has wasted of his companies time and get a petition sent off to the government stating that the UK needs more Bobs to change tapes as the existing ones take the piss.
