Nah. Then I'd have to post under Jethro Tull Fan.

Ooh go on then, what happened?

It wasn't deliberate on your part, and you presumably only did what they would do to you in a heartbeat...

Well done, a nice problem to have, particularly in these doom laden times.

I sent an email stating that I didn't want the job, since I'm not assertive enough to state this in a call. When he called I wouldn't get into 'my reasons' for rejecting (because that's when he was able to turn me over last time).

Que "Lost relationship with client"; "very unprofessional"; "will take you off our books now"

Oh well, at least I did it like a plaster - painful but quick.

Feel a bit Hitch-like at the moment...

I've done this, once. The self same agent then called me about a role, about a year later - he had no recollection of me.

I verrrrry much doubt they would remove someone from their books, you could be income to them, one day!

Deffo don't worry about it - he'd have done the same to you.

                  And - CONGRATS!!

Next time, just say you have an upcoming court case for fraud and you thought it was best to let him know. He'll drop you like a stone!
