I can relate to that, having once watched a marathon run of Green Wing. I went into a sort of catatonic state, and nearly had to walk up the stairs to try to combat the feeling of inertia that had threatened to overcome me.Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

Just in, Person tired after lengthy day.
In other news several other people have been tired too and the government has issued a message to the nation urging others to help if they see a neighbour who is perhaps suffering from tiredness and exhaustion.
"It's an epidemic" claimed the right honourable Marvin Leftthistle, minister for sleep, the opposition party went on the attack and urged people to "get back to work".
Emergency services and hospitals are on full alert and specialist narcoclepsy teams have been drafted in and coffee supplies have been diverted from mainland Europe.
The government has urged people not to panic.Comment

You’re obviously new and missed the background. Wilmslow, our resident Mr Fascinating, has a long history of problems which he has extensively documented on this here website. On Saturday he went to the gym and did a Les Mills session and a spinning session. On Monday he went again and did the same thing, and told us that his spinning instructor commented on his loss of form. I told him that two hard training sessions on consecutive days would not help him get fitter but would knacker him and leave him less fit than before, and his instructor would have told him this if he knew what he was doing. He didn’t take any notice and went off to a weights training session having only eaten one muesli bar. He is now a physical wreck and it serves him right.Originally posted by Pat_H View PostJust in, Person tired after lengthy day.

Kind of how I am feeling right now to be honest.Originally posted by Mich the Tester View PostMany sportspeople need to experience overtraining once to learn their lesson. I did it myself when I was 25 and ended up unable to train or work for 3 weeks or so, having vomitted blood next to an athletics track (which I wouldn't recommend) and ended up in hospital.
Got lactic acid all over my body, and also feeling just exhausted.
Think I am going to go for a quick half hour spandex beginners aerobics class tonight to stetch off, then flake out in the sauna - spa for the rest of the evening.
Amazing how just an hour a day soon gets to the body. I have literally been Body Attacked......Comment
