It's an online game called Travian, 25k players.
There is one particularly aggresive guy who is destroying a friend of a friend, for no good reason (i.e. he stands to gain nothing)

We know nothing about him, he plays a tight game , giving nothing away.
He spawned a second village and called it Red Barchetta, its the only clue I have and I will get one shot at a suprise attack
I must hit him whilst he sleeps

(If he were a female, I would try diplomacy, a youngster I could get whilst they were at school, an older guy - it must be done at bed time)

I'm still on the UK1 TW server but it's increasingly taking over my life as well.

Btw EO, village names don't necessarily mean where they are now, it might be more Red Herring than Red Barchetta. Although I know someone who calls their village Middlesborough United which might be more of a clue to their age and location....
