      But a Labour government saved us then. They appointed a 'Minister for drought' and it immediately started to rain.

      How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

                      As I understand it Snot Goblin has sorted out global warming. He is going to increase carbon taxes. The taxes raised will go to China. China has promised that they will stop building coal fired power stations once they get the money. He calls this carbon trading.
