Thanks all! In reference to comments about the nights, he's quite good now and generally only wakes up around 4 or 5am, and is usually sleepy enough to make it bearable. I've only once resorted to a 4am 10 mile drive in my PJ's to get him back to sleep. The days are harder to deal with actually!
