The disease is usually self-limiting, and characterised by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain; and in some cases, loss of taste. General lethargy, weakness, muscle aches, headache, and low-grade fever may occur.

    I've got that too.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I knew I shouldn't have bent over in that public shower the other day.

I thought the norovirus lasted a week or so. I guess it varies.

I wouldn't fancy tulipting and spewing almost constantly for that long, but I wouldn't fancy feeling crap for a couple of weeks either.

That said, neither of the two things are that serious when your 18-55 and you've got access to modern healthcare.

gf read the list last week, she tells me it is all power station workers and police officers at the top, she is 40th which is strange being a front line NHS doctor who will be doing the injections.

I, of course, will be top of the list, I will just get her to pinch one from the pile as soon as they come in.

                It's not strange, it's barmy.

Does that mean 40th on the list at her hospital / clinic, or 40th occupation on the list?

I had wine flu last weekend.

Almost died. Couldn't get Tami-flu for that.

                  I pulled through nonetheless......

Occupation, all the top people on the list are top civil servants, MOD, key infrastructure etc.

I was asking when I would get mine as having asthma I am always top of the list for the yearly flu jag, she said I was down at the bottom in this one with the rest of the plebs.
