Even as a permie, I never got hung up on title or position.

I have been offered a position at £100 a day more as a Junior PM than my current role as a PM. I am torn between the money and my career progression on my CV.

        Thoughts?
        I don't understand. What's a "career"?

Take the cash and be environmentally friendly on the CV, it takes less ink/toner to print Project Manager than Junior Project Manager.

My last role as a permie was 'Software Development Manager' in charge of 20 people, I have been 'developer/analyst' in every role since then and pick up more in a day now than I did in a week then.
