The green one is correct.
My experience of recruitment agencies is that they will hire just about anyone to work for them - no matter how inept they are. This is not good practice.
At the top end of perm recruitment the big search and selection firms do things properly, but then they are working for a massive fee and have typically received a hefty retainer up front. There doesn't seem to be an equivalent in the contract world, but the roles and financial engagements with clients are so very different.
I have never failed to be disappointed by agencies.
They hire fit women though...Rule #76: No excuses. Play like a champion.
