I agree that Geoff Hoon is a complete and utter c**t also and his artument about the gritters didn't add up either. He said that 1 gritter costs £100,000 but that it would never be used and that you have to bin them every 10 years or so. Firstly why would you bin a £100,000 truck that hasn't been used - ok it's 10 years old but it still hasn't been used? Also somebody on the beeb said that the cost to the economy was anout £1.2 billion pounds per day - based on 20% pulling a sickie/day off. So if you double that as the weather improved over the week, that gives you £2,400,000,000 pounds lost. That's a sh1t load of gritters to me!

Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
