Sandydown doesn't think he knows she exsists...That's why she want's to hone her presentation skills. As Lucifer says
"You have to explain in short, punchy terms what the benefits to the listeners are and why they would be mad not to do whatever it is. Many people make the classic mistake of assuming the benefits are obvious to all but most of the listeners would rather do nothing. You have to appeal to their selfishness."Comment

OK , so you're not wearing a skirt. I guess the damage is probably done there but we can still do this. Undo your blouse and try lots of bending over (both towards them and after having accidentlly dropped your pen on the floor). You do have a thong on don't you ? Also try lots of giggling that always works.Originally posted by SandyDownAnyone got good hints when presenting to Program Managers and stakeholders??? the subject is very dry, but need to know how to keep them interested ...
BTW: am not wearing a skirt today.. hence they wont be distracted

Well put, Lucifer. Remember to point out that if they don't accept your recommendations the business will not exist in a few years time. Include lots of nice illustrations; graphs showing trends (don't forget to normalise!) and expected financial savings. Remember your client and make sure s/he approves (potential empire building) and above all; NEVER SPRING A SURPRISE ON YOUR CLIENT. Let them know exactly what you are going to say.Originally posted by Lucifer BoxWhat's In It For Me.
