Lots of word LG but no substance. Please state for assembled jury when I have discriminated against the so called atheists? And just to show how irrational your views are - most of the people on this planet profess some sort of faith - so you are not going to give any of them a job? Despite all the fine words - "imagine if there was no heaven" blah blah blah. This is atheism in practice - bigoted, irrational, arrogant and deluded.

Well lets see now, hmmmmm,Originally posted by ChicoLots of word LG but no substance. Please state for assembled jury when I have discriminated against the so called atheists? Atheists are bigots..... Is that not discriminatory? I know of at least one Christian who says he believes in the Christian way but daily proves otherwise. He also rants and raves against those not of his persuasion, surely that makes him a bigot.
BIGOT"One who is strongly partial to one's own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ".
As a Christian you believe you will be saved and us atheists will be damned, is that not discrimination?
I dont think I need to go on.
If it were up to me Chicken I would have all believers rounded up and put in institutions for the insane.
Bigotry requires a person to be following some form of dogma in the first place. Atheism is not about a "belief" in any way shape or form (well for me anyway).
Now explain to me how I am bigoted again?I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Ok you have once again proved how irrational you are. According to your definition - bigots are "intolerant of those who differ". Ahh what did you say you would like to do to Christians? Eh ? As The Bible says "For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned" Matthew 12:37Sola gratia

Misguided and deluded or what! Irrational? Remove the log from thine own eye Chicken......Originally posted by ChicoOk you have once again proved how irrational you are. It is not the intolerance that is the point here, it is the "those who differ" it is about having a stand point in the first place.
I do not believe in atheism!! I am an atheist!
I have no stand point, I do not have any religious leaning, I follow no dogma. It is therefore impossible for me to be bigoted in a religious sense.
Your belief in god is as rational to me as someones belief in santa or the tooth fairy or the easter bunny or that he moon is made of green cheese!
The only way you can regard my atheism as bigoted is if it is a belief system in itself and I would disagree with that.
The belief system is yours and you can not pass the buck to me by saying I have to have one too.
You tell me I dont believe in god, but for that to be true there would have to be a god in the first place.
There isnt! Same as there is no superman!I am not qualified to give the above advice!
