That part about hand animation was quite saucy.
But seriously, even if work is available next year, all these layoffs will mean huge competition.
What's more, if a permy is laid off then their belief in permanent employment being more secure will be shaken and they have nothing to lose notice-wise from trying contracting.Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ here -
