Ebay bidding
A small bit of advice on Ebay bidding - NEVER bid a round figure like £150 - (or £150.50 for that matter) always add a few pence to it, then you'll beat all the other guys who bid a round figure.Originally posted by The Late, Great JCSomeone just pipped me at the post on a bid that I'd upped from £102 to a maximum of £150 by 51pence!!!!
Arse!! Feck!!!

If you've got the time, indulge in a bit of sniping, but as others have said above, decide what it's worth to you, bid it, and if you don't get it, forget it. The worst thing is to be drawn into a bidding war, and to end up paying too much for something.Life is just nature's way of keeping meat fresh
