I don't know what you learnt there, but when you give example of you NY flat going up in price when serious house price drops are happening all around USA you show inability to grasp the big picture where your personal situation is completely irrelevant for global trends.

It looks like in this country criminals do not have cross-gang meanings for tattoes that would indicate which crime they are in for, what position they hold in criminal hierarchy and other things. So I suppose one would have to tattoo something more explicit for local prison population like - "I'LL PICK YOUR SOAP FOR BREAD" on your for cons to get it.
