Fscking useless permies
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

if there were no permies they would all be contractors, if they were contractors, the market would be awash with us all forcing the rate down, therefore the more permies there are, the less contractors there are = more chaching for us contractors.
So I purpose to start a scheme to encourage people to take permie rolls to force my rate up !SA says;

because when looking at skill levels companies look at permies, they then see us, and say "I now know why we get contractors to do the real work!" and then they can justify paying us x2, x3, x5 the rate of a permie!SA says;
