A gang of <ruffian>s go into a <commercial establishment> run by <minority group>s and grab one of them by the neck. The leader of the <ruffian> gang gently places a die on the counter and says. “Today is your lucky day. Throw the die. If you get a 1 to 5, we’re going to beat your head in.” “How is that lucky? What happens if I get a six?” says the <minority group> chap. “Well, if you throw a six you get lucky”, says the <ruffian>, “If that happens, see, you get to have another throw”.

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
