I thought the first film was alright, interesting plot of why they're all there etc. Agree that the second film is pretty pony tho.. just a blood fest!

Oh the OP's question... hmm... well in Alien 3 the aliens defeat Ripley, played by Sigourney Weaver, who also plays Dana in Ghostbusters 2. Dana eventually wins back her baby from the evil Vigo and his human sidekick played by Peter MacNicol who also plays a character called John Cage in Ally McBeal. Johnny Cage is also the name of a character in Mortal Kombat and from the goriness and wanton violence in MK, you can safely assume they would easily defeat that other lot from Street Fighter, which includes Colonel Guile which sounds a bit like Kyle, the name of the future son of John Connor who kills the terminator in the 1984 film played by Arnie, who 3 years later as Dutch kills the Predator.

Therefore we can infer that the Alien would infact be the winner in a fight against a Predator.

Summer Glau is a superior terminator model than Arnie, and killed just about everybody in Serenity. So clearly Summer Glau beats Arnie, The Biscuit from Ally McBeal, Ripley, Dana from Ghostbusters, AND Predator and Alien. And she's cuter too.
