          Wow! We normally do a lot of cooking from scratch, but when it comes to indian food, we just buy the naans from the local curry house, which are excellent, but...fair play to you Sir!

                      Thank you - you'd be surprised at how quick and easy they are though Pinto - flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, butter/ghee, sultanas, des coconut, knead together for 5 mins, rise for an hour or two, stetch into tear shapes and stick in the oven for 15 mins then coating it in butter, fresh corriander leaves and salt to season.

                      You'll never go back... I'm just mixing them now...brb
