i have put in an offer on a house at 675k and some btl scum has outbid me at 650k.

how can btl scum make a profit on renting out a 650k house at 2.5k a month ?

btw i am a contractor not a nutter.

Perhaps said scum has sufficient equity to purchase the property outright.
