    Well, it describes a condition, however attained.

    We've all had babies who cry sometimes for a bit of attention, so I suppose it's an extension of that.

              E numbers aren't necessarily bad, vitamin C has an E number, but in the case of Sunny D turns the kids orange, maybe Dale Winton drinks it.
