One word: balance.
How about a bit of fair play, such as a similar number of ads showing:
the bombed tube carriages
the bombed bus
the dead & injured
the dead & injured folks' POVs
a few photos of the Twin Towers aftermath
a few photos of old Hook Hand preaching his hatred in the streets of Finsbury Park
etc., etc.
