Most 11 year olds with publisher don't have cerebral palsy. The effects vary: they can sort of use a keyboard, but a mouse is often out of the question. -
I don't see anything wrong with a grant for this site, there but for the grace of God.The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

Nothing against the person who had the idea for the site. Just if I had given out a grant for someone to create a site to inform ... I'd expect it to have some information.Comment

It's not a "site to inform" in the sense of being a compendium of pre-packaged information; as stated in the news story, it's a social networking site (this week's buzzword for a forum).Originally posted by Sockpuppet View PostNothing against the person who had the idea for the site. Think UGC (user generated content)... and if it's only just launched then it won't have a lot of users, and hence won't have a lot of content.Comment
