When I was a spotty 14 year old, I bought a bar of Clearasil soap, and, knowing best, liberally rubbed it "neat" into my spotty boat. And left it to "soak in" for about 2 hours.

It was 3 days before I felt well again. Bizarre feelings of being detached from reality, horrific dreams, couldn't eat, etc. Spots went, though.
