Went to Dubai/UAE for a week earlier this yr, going to Oz later in the year. Amsterdam/Vegas/Phoenix last yr. France probably next year although as mrs basshead works for an airline we get v cheap flights to everywhere but just don't have the time to take advantage. Taking holidays is expensive when you are a contractor!Comment

Are you "in the arket" so to speak?Originally posted by alreadypackedAny of these friends fit then
Two of the chaps are (I am told) very attractive. Just enough muscle, well dressed, well mannered and absolutely .................................................. ..............................................in love with each other.
I quite fancy my friends sons girlfriend, but she is a bit young for me.I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Know his sounds stupid, but I like to take the Family back to Europe (UK, Ireland & Italy/Greece) for a holiday, with young kids, Greece is fantastic in the summer (lot cooler than oz), it's just too hot here in Oz in Dec/Jan for kids under 6. Camping is good, especially northern or Southern NSW coastal.
Last solo hols were flying around Oz in a cessna with a few mates, sydney->cooper pedy-->ayers rock-->Kakadu-->darwin-->borro-rula-->Horn Island-->Arlie Beach-->Fraiser Island-->Sydney. 12 Days, 2000ltrs of avgas, 360 tins of beer, 8 kilos of steak, 36 kebabs, 15 packets of crisps.......... desperate to go to Birdsville races in september, but that will need some major brownie points.
Next family hols will be NZ to chill with some old friends and just do nothing,Comment
