How many here have managed to secure sole trader (proprietor) status for what we do from HMG - years ago it looked an attractive option over the Ltd status - not sure if its realy worth the hassle now a days.

I have not met anyone for ages the does not follow the Ltd model...so liabiity woud be limited and therefore the need for insurance cover reduced.

Only If I was working on something like a Air Traffic control system would I change my view
