Most of the Guardian is bleating. But I found this article very good. Freedom is being eroded under the banner of fight against terror.

Well if the Guardian says it does then obviously it must. After all, it is not as if they have a woolly bleeding-heart fuzzy liberal agenda to attend to, is it?

It's probably missed your plankton-like mental faculties but there is a camp in Cuba where people can be held indefinitely whether there is evidence against them or not.
