    Although I am not surprised that some system admins are nosy barstewards, there really is no excuse for:

    Failing to revoke systems access for IT dept leavers
    Failing to change system default admin passwords
    Writing system passwords on post-it notes

    Probably too busy reading Jane in HR's emails!

    At least 2 permies in my office indulge themselves regulary in this practice. Weak management and a lack of systems zero-anon structure planning means they can get away with it.
