Hangover query

Friends of mine swear by Zbiotics, which they take before going out for drinks and they claim they haven't suffered a hangover since.

Expensive stuff, mind. Cheaper to just drink more water.

Jesus.. £10 quid a bottle. That doubles the price of my night out. £10 to get smashed in 'Spoons' and £10 to recover. I don't think so. I'll suffer for 10 quid a pop thank you.

Depending on the severity, 2 or 3 ibuprofen first thing in the morning usually do the trick. If necessary, another dose late morning. Apparently, they're not recommended on an empty stomach, not that you really GAS when your head's pounding. Anyway, I swill 'em down with milk.

I've never tried aspirin but I find paracetamol useless.

PS. another thing I do, if I feel like I'm going to wake up with a thumping head, is take a couple of ibuprofen with a glass of milk when I go to bed.

Oxygen levels play a part.

When I am away, I tend to drink in open air bars and clubs.

I don't drink anymore but if you can face it, a run may help to release some feel good endophins and get some fresh air.

I'm a big fan of Nutrex's essential amino acids especially as they contain a hydration complex which will hopefully help.
