Been with this current company for sometime, but team meeting today and the boss says that if we don't perform its three strikes and were out. Company server not working and has been down since May so were practically working off memory sticks . We've produced the work to our programme but keep hearing the same old spiel from the boss. What are your thoughts

You're obviously not cut out for that kind of cutting edge environment so I'd tell your boss where to stick those memory sticks.
