They have not posted the full story yet, but their latest bit which goes over the top of the site is saying that Manchester has been chosen. Can't really see why though. I mean there is the Dome which is standing empty but that was a non runner thanks to cowboy Prescott, and Blackpool is a dump which really needs something like this to give it a lift.
