Stupid: master in the context of git is "master copy"
Pathetic: white saviours think so little of me, that they want to put me in a padded cell where I can't hurt myself on words (that don't even carry the connotation they think)

I really don't know many people who arent white, perhaps a couple. I just can't imagine anyone being offended by whitelist or blacklist. Terms not even relevant to race.

It's almost like you would have to go out of your way to be offended.
