Hopefully. Yoga, conditioning work in the gym and changes to the position on the the bike will hopefully make the difference. I'm also more aware of the issue now and know what to look for and what to do about it before it becomes a problem.

Tracking will be available in the usual places. Trackleaders, Freeroute etc.

Got stoats or weasels in the area? Make sure your mesh is half inch max and buried 2 feet deep to keep the buggers out if so.
