Joined the forum here as it seems pretty large and active, so hoping to learn a lot especially in the next week or two.

I have 2 prominent potential investors / mentors that i have follow up calls with having submitted a loose proposal to them, (We have spoken of course also). A lot of grunt work has gone in to getting to where i am, many many mistakes and lessons learned from them. As i am at this significant junction i want to have a place to come for input from others that is independent of people i know.

One issue that is pressing is i have to produce a legal structure that allows me to retain full control in what is looking likely to be 2 ltd company formations.

Hope this account is approved as i tend to go at things fast, so if i post 20 times today, it is not because i am a spammer it is because i like to spill my guts on everything and move on..
