I'm excited about this one as a I was when I first learnt about XRP. What Ripple is trying to do to SWIFT in Banking, Dent is doing to mobile data amongst telephone companies but on a global scale.

Ticks the first boxes. Does the idea need blockchain? Yes. Is it a global solution to a global problem? Yes.

That's your problem if your taxable CG events led to losses, they will still come for their pound of flesh. Luckily if it's personal CG you have a nice yearly limit.
