ETH could do with some love - my portfolio is quite ETH heavy... Maybe the 1h wedge/pre-breakout pattern will come good..."Is someone you don't like allowed to say something you don't like? If that is the case then we have free speech."- Elon MuskComment

I'd say the ETHBTC chart is looking like it will double bottom at the end of April at about 0.024BTC.Originally posted by Jog On View PostETH could do with some love - my portfolio is quite ETH heavy... Maybe the 1h wedge/pre-breakout pattern will come good...
On the 1H it's hard to tell if we have a wedge or a triangle forming. Both should go in opposite directions.
Gut feeling is we're heading here

USD - 1h wedge formation, on my MT4 (GKFX) phone app anyway. Could just be a corrective move but the angle of the wedge looks like it might want to break out.Originally posted by VirtualMonkey View PostBTC or USD?

1H ETHUSD looks like its formed a pennant, which is usually a continuation of the trend so I would expect a move upwards that equals the height from the bottom to the top of the pennant...up to about $644. Need to break the 55 EMA though...which we're currently at.Originally posted by Jog On View PostUSD - 1h wedge formation, on my MT4 (GKFX) phone app anyway. EDIT:
Looks like the MACD on the 1H is turning up as well so good for bullish movementYour friendly neighbourhood VirtualMonkey - Not giving financial advice since...well...ever.Comment

Crypto consensus conference 2018 from May 14-18th in New York.Originally posted by chef View PostWhy specifically end of May/June. What will happen do you believe around this time?
I expect Alt-coins to rally before this event like they did last year and bticoin to rally afterwards (at which point alts will dip as they always do when BTC rallies)."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment

So...sell after the alt rally and before the BTC rally. Sounds like a plan.Originally posted by scooterscot View PostCrypto consensus conference 2018 from May 14-18th in New York.

I've gone for printing out graphs on A3 and sticking them up on the wall with the buy in level clearly marked.Originally posted by Jog On View PostI will set profit targets on alts"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience".
