If you can find someone who has had it done and teeth etc are OK after 5 years then find out who their dentist is.

Oh and if you smoke you are more likely to have difficulty with the implant but that's the same with any form of bone surgery.

As it happens, I had a molar extracted about 4 months ago and I'm pondering getting an implant or just leaving a nice gap. Thanks for some really useful info. I've been told it'd be about £2k. L:et me just pop over to L&A to ask NLUK if it's an allowable business expense

Not sure about those DevOps with AWS roles, but Ops with legacy hardware roles must sooner or later involve using your teeth for gnawing at Ethernet cables. Is that deductible? I don't know.
