An app that allows Android/iOS apps to run on Windows Phones.

There is already one of those but it doesn't run on Windows phones.

An app that tells me when an agent is lying. Should be pretty simple, this static image would be sufficient.

A few years ago I suggested an app that would alert you when you had mobile phone signal. If you are in an area of weak signal - perhaps walking, etc, having an app that will alert you when you get to an area with coverage, or would even show you where to go to to get coverage. That would be useful

Found decent on the other day - PF voicemail+

For free its a better manager of vouicemail but for $2 a month you can get voicemails transcribed to text. Not 100%.

But decent for agents who leave messages and your trying to work out what they said, what number etc.

Or more likely having a couple of glasses of wine in the evening and being unknowingly over the limit in the morning (remembering that now it practically mandatory for a breath test after any infraction whether it's your fault or not). Very lucrative as I'm sure the Scottish police would testify.
