NPfIT seems to have dropped off the news radar recently

anyone know how much over budget and behind schedule it currently is?

More behind schedule than over budget. The contracts seem to have been better handled this time and nobody gets paid till they deliver. So far expenditure has been minimal due to delays in delivery.
