Yep.
About 5 seconds of the most intense pain I've ever had - I screamed. Followed by a bit of blood (as I'd been drinking heavily the night before).
Then a bit of tenderness for about a month.
No problems since (18 years ago - and because of that initial pain it's never coming out).
