Just had an e-mail about a PM job at LBG paying up to £259/day. I know their rates are crap, but surely this is a record?

Do they realise they get the worst resource at that rate, or do they just not care?

What's worse than a Bob developer? A Bob PM, a role like that requires communication and other soft skills, sticking a Bob in would be worse than not filling the role at all.
