European idea? I thought the Welsh had got there first with the A55? That's got grade separated junctions (sliproads?)

One thing about that wiki article:

the route is designated part of Euroroute E22 (Holyhead - Leeds - Amsterdam - Hamburg - Malmö - Riga - Moscow - Perm - Ekaterinburg - Ishim).

How the feck does one get from Leeds to Amsterdam (without recourse to a Jet2 flight)? Perhaps they missed Hull from the list, which would be understandable really.
