Daytime beer session in Cardiff. First (and only) saturday afternoon home game in this years 6N.
International day in Cardiff is definitely something that should be on everyone's bucket list of things to do before you die IMHO. Even if you're not Welsh.

Today - am still a little unwell so no training :-( Although this is my week off anyway so erm .. yay? Also, I need to nurse the injuries I picked up from training yesterday. My right leg is plastered with bruises and is sore to walk on.
Tomorrow - take kids to gymnastics and then to town to buy something for Mrs MUN. After than probably entertaining the kids and looking after Mrs MUN (she is not well either).
Sunday - whatever Mrs MUN wants to do!
